I want to travel and I want to do it cheaply so I am not concerned with destination or travel dates. I want to find really cheap airfare and then build a trip around wherever that plane is flying.

What I am looking for is a website that will let you select your city of departure and then display all the fares from that city to other cities around the world. Does such a website exist?
