Both the father and I live in WI. His father has primary placement and I have alternating weekends. He is moving to Texas and we are in mediation, as I am contesting moving our son. I’m asking who pays for my son to fly back to WI for my visitation, should he end up moving to Texas. Thank you to any who can help!

   For weekend visits will be split it is moving it but if your son is dad moving it is possible you will probably allow the one wanting to change if he should pay but if he is the move then he is the visitation will be split it but who pays should be too hard on him.
