I’m looking at going on a humanitarian trip to Peru next summer. I’ve never flown before, let alone internationally. When is the best time to purchase the plane tickets? If I buy now, am I out of luck down the road if they lower the price? Should I use a travel agent or one of the online sites…orbitz, travelocity, etc?
I’d just be looking at getting from Detroit to Lima. Once in country, all excursions are pre planned and paid for.
