I’d like to fly to Portland, from Atlanta, at some point between March 14th and 16th, and return sometime between the 21st and 23rd (and a little bit more flexible than that as well if a great fare can be found).

A few weeks ago I found fares as low as $300, but now all I can find is $475 and up. Any tips? When to look, where to look, what to expect?
