I have tried expedia, travelocity, hotwire, etc….everything is in the $900 range. Is there unknown popular travel site or a travel agency that can get me there on those dates for that price?

I like to know if a one way flight ticket to singapore is allowed by Phil goverment for our going Filipinos. In my case, I am a singapore Permanent resident and I plan to being my family over here for a visit and the return flight flexible. I am thinking of buying their return ticket here in singapore.
